About Us

A trusted provider of technical training with an extensive track record

Ireland’s leading provider of training for engineers, maintenance technicians, and contractors who want to develop their technical skills and qualifications. For nearly 30 years, we have delivered a range of technical courses, including QQI-certified courses and/or level 6 courses, in emergency lighting and industrial electrical systems, programmable logic controllers, and industrial pneumatics.

Since 1992, we have helped professionals to develop and maintain their skills in the fields of industrial maintenance and automation, systematic and electrical troubleshooting, and emergency lighting and fire alarms. Our accredited technical training courses have become industry standards in many areas and are trusted commercially and by regulatory authorities.

We have been a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) quality approved provider since 2007. Our QQI awards allow learners to demonstrate their competence in accordance with legislation, building regulations, and European standards. This ability to meet quality and legal requirements is a benefit to contractors as well as professionals looking to advance in their careers.

In 2008, the National Standards Association of Ireland (NSAI) commissioned us to develop courses and new awards for the emergency lighting sector. In conjunction with the NSAI, we developed the currently published industry-standard award in this sector. This gave us a vital insight into how competency is determined and translated into learning outcomes and how these are defined and assessed.

A passion for transformational learning

We are committed to designing and delivering engaging learning solutions. Our close relationship with many of Ireland’s leading multinationals means we are very well placed to assess technical training needs in the industrial environment. We understand the needs of learners and businesses and ensure that your investment in training pays off with measurable outcomes. We ask:

  • What do our learners really need to know to do this job?
  • What do our learners already do well?
  • Where are the performance gaps?
  • What are the benefits to our clients?

We have worked hard to develop a world-class training offer – both our classroom and virtual experience are highly rated by our learners – and we are unique in building bespoke mobile training rigs to give learners real-world practical troubleshooting experience.

Our core values

Expert

  • All our trainers are highly qualified in their fields and outstanding communicators. They bring deep industry insight to their teaching for a highly engaging learner experience.
  • We focus on knowledge transfer while also helping learners to become problem-solvers. Our aim is to teach you skills, but also how to apply them in real-world situations.

Innovative

  • We work hard to continually improve our offer, ensuring our courses reflect any changes in the standards and best practice of our industry.
  • We believe it’s our responsibility to be proactive and responsive, which is why we are engaged in industry-shaping actions and conversations.

Ethical

  • We treat everyone we deal with fairly and ethically. We are trusted by the industry and proud to have many new clients come to us through referrals.
  • We prioritise long-term partnerships over short-term gain and see our relationships with our clients as opportunities to create win-win situations.

Synergistic

  • Relationships matter to us, which is why we have partnered with some of our corporate clients for as long as 20 years.
  • We go the extra mile, because we want to be the company you keep coming back to throughout your career. We care about your outcomes.
